Holistic Guidance
While my journey to being ME began years ago, my journey to working with others on their path to healing began in 2008.
Coming out of many bad Codependent Relationships and looking for ways to find peace and balance in my life, I found myself on the receiving end of a reiki session. Something shifted in me during that session and I knew I was destined to help others on their healing journey. So in 2008 I became a qualified Reiki Practitioner.

During my healing journey I attracted family, friends and work colleagues who were struggling with their own personal issues. I quickly realized that I had an ability to help people become more positive, and I was able to help them work through their problems bringing clarity and balance back into their lives. So in 2016 I added Life Coaching to my skill set. I also Incorporate EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Which is a way to Tap on certain Acupuncture Energy Points in order to remove negative thought patterns.

By shifting the physical body into a place of healing through Reiki, and emotional blocks through Life Coaching, you will be able to open your wings and fly once more.
